"Thohoyandou Love ii" is the first studio album by South African songwriter-singer, and record producer LP MiDALO. It was released on 15 Oct 2022 by (VEG) Venda Entertainment Group and Director Maboko Music, a division of Director Maboko (Pty) Ltd. The album features guest appearances from Pushie Da Tall, T Cole Matoro, StamboDeeJay, Thidziambi De Poet, Muledane Hustler, and Wu kid. It was supported by two singles, "Dzembe" and “Nwali" featuring Pushie Da Tall. The album is named after LP MiDALO's hometown Thohoyandou.

Thohoyandou Love ii was recorded between 2020 and 2022, its production was primarily handled by LP MiDALO with production assistance from StamboDeeJay, and Vule C4. The guitar on the album was played by Rofhiwa Mashau and the saxophone by Pfariso Lidzebe. Described by LP MiDALO as an album, Thohoyandou Love ii consists mostly of Venda-beat, and Afrobeats. The songs on the album were all recorded in South Africa, Thohoyandou Maniini, at (VEG) Venda Entertainment Group studio.

The album’s opener, ‘intro’ which is not available on online stores was inspired and sampled from the song “Sabu Yerkoy” written by Ali Farka Toure and Toumani Diabate. The album’s first single “Dzembe” was released on November 05, 2021, and the second single “Nwali”was released on November 29, 2021.
